Corrections and submissions
A trustworthy film archive needs a clear way to fix mistakes. Send the page URL, the field that is wrong, and evidence that supports the correction.
What to report
- Misspelled or incorrectly merged player names
- Wrong event, round, pairing, winner, deck, or decklist
- A playback start that opens too early or too late
- A thumbnail or portrait that identifies the wrong person or match
- A removed, private, or broken source video
What to include
- Copy the exact Prize Map page URL.
- Name the incorrect field and the corrected value.
- Include a public source URL or timestamp where possible.
- Explain any ambiguity, such as two players with the same name.
Send the report
Post the report in the Victory Road community Discord. Do not send private personal information. Submissions are reviewed against public tournament and broadcast sources before the index changes.
Removal requests
For a source, likeness, or rights concern, use the same community contact and clearly label the message “removal request.” Include the affected URL and your relationship to the content so it can be reviewed promptly.
