Email updates

If you sign up, we store your email address, the signup time, and the wording of your consent so we can send archive news, app updates, and special offers. Signing up is optional. Each update email will include an unsubscribe link. Email addresses entered in this form are excluded from session replay and are not sent to our analytics events.

We store a visit timestamp and signup prompt preference in your browser to show the invitation on a return visit and remember when you dismiss it or subscribe. Clearing browser storage resets this preference. For signup abuse prevention, we temporarily store a hash derived from the request’s IP address; we do not store the raw IP in the signup records.

Visits and product usage

When enabled, PostHog measures page visits, referring sites, campaign labels, device information, searches, filters, match opens, and checkout steps. It uses a random browser identifier stored in a cookie and local storage to connect those actions. Search events contain counts and filter choices rather than the words you type. Page URLs sent with analytics have query strings and fragments removed.

We also use Vercel Analytics for aggregate traffic and Speed Insights for page performance.

Session replay

PostHog can reconstruct interactions with Prize Map, including clicks, scrolling, and navigation. Form input values are masked, and embedded video and payment frames are excluded. We disable console, network header, and network body recording. Replay covers this site; it does not record your desktop, other tabs, or Stripe’s hosted checkout.

Visitor alerts and purchases

When configured, a first visit can send an alert to a private Discord channel used by the site operator. Alerts include the landing page, referring domain, and a link to the session in PostHog. A new browser, private browsing session, or cleared storage can count as a new visitor.

For checkout attribution, we pass the anonymous analytics identifiers to Stripe as checkout metadata and report a successful checkout after Stripe confirms payment. We do not send your payment details or email address to PostHog through this integration.

You can turn off PostHog analytics and session replay below. This preference applies to this browser. We also respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for PostHog. Vercel’s aggregate traffic and performance measurements are separate.
